Shop Policy

Returns and exchanges on faulty products must be made within 28 days. Please email us with: Your Name and What you ordered/ are returning. 

Regrettably we cannot accept returns on non faulty items, due to the handmade process and the labour involved.

If you have not received your item after a week after the date of despatch (we usually despatch 2-3 days after purchasing) please email with invoice number, name and address and we will email you back within 24 hours. We send everything first class recorded so we can trace the order.
